Valid South African ID or passport
A valid 13-digit SA ID number, or passport for foreign nationals.
Driver's license
A valid driver's license (Code matching your vehicle), uploaded as a clear photo.
Vehicle 2009 model or newer
Your car make, model, registration plate and year — only 2009 and newer vehicles are accepted.
Vehicle license disk
A clear photo of your current vehicle registration / license disk.
Roadworthy certificate
Proof that your vehicle is roadworthy and safe for passengers.
Vehicle photos (4 angles)
Front, rear, and both sides of your vehicle.
Live selfie
A live photo (selfie) for identity and face verification — no gallery uploads.
Safety Screening (Criminal Record Check)
If you already have a CRC certificate, upload it. Don't have one yet? KenGo can apply on your behalf for a R500 fee — proof of payment can be uploaded during onboarding.
Banking details
Bank name and account number for your weekly payouts.
